For most of my life, I struggled with obesity, poor self-image, and anxiety. I know firsthand how overwhelming it feels to lack confidence in your own body and to believe that change might be out of reach.

Going through my own weight loss journey didn’t just change how I looked—it completely changed how I lived. My confidence grew, my mindset shifted, and I realized what was possible when you commit to yourself.

That experience is why I became a coach. I want to help others experience that same transformation and prove to themselves that real change is possible—even when it feels impossible at the start.
